Hi, I've sent the log. Yes it's no typo. ;-) I know, it's not so much difference, but I had two 3TB Harddisks unused.

Actually there will be no space increase unless you do a factory reset.
You can't add an intermediate size disk to an array.

Yes.
Backing up and doing a factory reset (wipes all data, settings, everything) and restoring from backup is the way forward here.
Looking at the logs one of the 3TB disks isn't being used by the data volume.
When sending the logs in in future please follow the instructions and include a link to your thread in the body of the email.
