4th HDD for my NV+
It's an older NV+ with 3x Seagate ST3400620AS [372 GB] HDDs. I'm close to needing a 4th drive and, although I've reviewed the "compatible hardware" list, I'm unclear what my options are. does the new drive need to be SATA and 7200rpm like the seagates? if it's a bigger drive, will it only use the same space as the existing 3 drives? I don't want to buy a 2tb drive just to get 370gb. any advice about an affordable option is much appreciated. Thanks!

Any 400GB (same capacity as your existing disks) or greater hard drive on the compatibility list should be fine.
What version of RAIDiator are you running?
Depending on the answer to the above, you may wish to backup and do a factory reset at this time: Why you might want to factory reset a Sparc ReadyNAS
