6.2 is available! Yay! Questions...
So, I see that OS 6.2 is not available for our devices (I have a 516)... Is there any type of documentation beyond the release notes? I clicked on a file I'd like to share, and don't see a link option...
Oh yeah! Just an FYI... I did the factory reset, and when it got to the point of asking me to press the "OK" button on the front of the nas, nothing happened in the browser. It just sits there like the button was never pressed. When I actually went to the ip address for the NAS, it had, in fact, worked. It then allowed me to set it up. I was using chrome on a mac, but there could be a breakdown for setting it up or something. As a brand new user, I may not have known to just go to the IP. I basically sat there trying the discover button over and over again, then re-entering the info to no avail until I went around it.
