Well You were right "ITS IMPOSSIBLE TO MAKE RAID 6 WITH 3 MEMBERS"
I tested it
┌─[✗]─[deb32]─[/vol/raid]
└──╼ mdadm -Cv -c64 -l6 -n3 /dev/md10 /dev/loop1 /dev/loop2 /dev/loop3
mdadm: at least 4 raid-devices needed for level 6
But raid 5 can be made with 2
