I have the same problem… All of a sudden, I can not copy or create folders to any of the shares on my Ready NAS pro 6 from my MACbook Pro running Lion 10.7.5. I don't get it… I have tried from multiple computers, so I know it is not a Mac thing… I can really use help to understand how to fix it.
