If that has troubles, you can look into VPN solutions, but that is beyond the device.
WINS server setting won't have any affect for what you are doing.
Yea remote desktop I can actually do that and I probably will do it to start with, but I still want to be able to access the Nas in the feature from outside of the network and thats what my question is about.
And from whats ur telling me , there is no VPN support to the readyNas device? And the WINS server have nothing to do with the thing I want right?
