Access my ReadyNAS Ultra 2 outside my network
I have bought a Netgear ReadyNAS Ultra 2 and everything works great while home , inside the network. But now I need to access the nas or the information in the nas from an outside location. How can I...
-If your router will do a VPN, that is the most flexible. Putting it in the NAS would be the second best. You'd also need a client on your remote devices.
-you can also get https and ftps access by port forwarding. Do you really need cifs, afp, or any other protocols?
