Accessing certain files on an SMB share causes that volume to become inaccessible.

Anyone else having problems accessing files via an SMB share on a mac computer? It works fine for a certain period of time, then stops working and causes the box to completely lock up. It's also completely random. For a while it will simply cause the volumes to drop on the mac computer but if you try it too many times it simply crashes the box. I'm getting it on both of my boxes (pro 6 and ultra 6 running beta 2) One drive has SMR drives and the other has WD green drives.
