AD/DC Import Error #26921274

Hi, Im getting an issue with our NAS when trying to sync/import the AD Users. Our NAS uses AD Security Groups to limit access to the Folders shared from the NAS. The Nas was connected to the domain fine for a month or so, then we upgraded to Firmware 6.5.0 and now I cant import the Domain Users list any more. I get the same generic "Import Failure" error. Ive checked the logs and cant see anything other than the generic

Failed to sync ADS account information for the realm mydomain.ocal.

I've removed it from the Domain, re added it and joins the domain fine but cant get it to Sync the User Accounts from AD/DC

Does anyone have a fix for this? I should mention the DC it based in the US and the NAS is in Australia. We have a direct VPN link to the DC/US Network. Network users log on fine to the DC in the US as well as Terminal Server there over the VPN.

thanks
