Admin page behavior different on two separate ReadyNAS 316 systems - no SSL?

My main RN316, version 6.7.1, began starting to load the admin page, displaying the system overview, and then re-loading the admin page over and over several weeks ago. My second RN316 system, also 6.7.1, displays its admin page fine. I'm using Safari 10.1 and Mac Sierra 10.12.4. The odd thing about both is that they both connect insecurely. I tried Chrome on the same Mac and both admin pages display normally, but neither RN connects securely.

When I added the certificate to the keychain for the second system, Safari started the re-load issue on the second system as well. Removing the certificate caused the second system to display properly, but not the main one which just does the continuous re-load

There are no apps running and system activity is very low unless backing up.

Any ideas? Thank you!

    Hello Woodie1,

Do you have AntiVirus enabled on the NAS? Do you still have access to the shares of the NAS? Please run RAIDar and grab a copy of system logs.

    Welcome to the community!

      Hi Jenn,

Thank you! Both connect on Chrome with no SSL, but only the Backup-NAS connects on Safari, also with no SSL. Shares are visible and work fine on the Mac finder. Anti-virus running on both units. How do I attach the logs to my reply?

      Best,

      Woodie
