Admin page offline - RN214 after installing PHPSysInfo
Had the 214 for awhile, been working great. Saw the update for firmware 6.9.5 and updated, no problems after.
Made the mistake of installing PHPSysInfo and now the Admin page is not working. ...

Hi Al555,
The OS of the NAS was not completely installed. L3 has manually upgraded the firmware on your NAS. The issue should be resolved already. The NAS has been booted to Normal mode already.

Admin page shows ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED
RAIDar status - Healthy
Diagnostics show no errors found in both system and logs

Hi Al555,
I saw something on the logs that the HTTP apache server is going to safe mode which means that there is bad apache2 config somewhere. We will need to have remote access to your unit so we can further check and probably fix it. Can you boot the NAS in Tech Support? You may check this link for the steps on how you can access the boot menu and select Tech Support. You may just PM me the 5-digit code afterwards.
