Hi guys.
I hope i'm in the right place.
I hope some of you can answer me.
In my shares, i have grant anonymous access for me to be able to see my files through windows explorer.
I use this to transfer files to and from my pc.
Is it necessary for anonymous access to be active for me to be able to do this?
And if anonymous access is active, will everybody outside my network be able to see my files?

No, but it is simplest. There is some information here: http://kb.netgear.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/29838

Generally not - your router's firewall will prevent people from accessing the network over the internet. If that firewall is compromised, then they could see your files (and everything else on your network).
If you are forwarding ports in the firewall to the ReadyNAS, then you do want to be careful on what you allow (and might need better permissions). If you use ReadyCloud, then anyone you allow to use ReadyCloud will be able to see your files.
