Hi EripEri,
Welcome to the community!
Here's the apps page where you can download the add-on for arm and x86. If you will get the same error message, I will try StephenBs suggestion in contacting support.
Kind regards,

Manual installation did not solve the issue.
Where and when can I contact support. Readycloud and Readyremote are both working without problem next to that only Plex Media server seems to be working (partly).
I can view and browse media on my local network, but no Remote access possible. Next to that the Plex app reports that I am using an old version while I have installed the latest version and the Readynas webinterface also report that I have installed the latest version.
It seems like all of these apps are trying to use wrong settings/configurations files.

Before migrating from an ARM box to an x86 one it would have been advisable to uninstall all the apps.
Considering your ARM system came with 6.0.0 on it, I think now wouldn't be a bad time to backup your data, do a factory default (wipes all data, settings, everything) and restore from backup.

I did a backup and restore when I updated from NV+ to the RN104 a while ago, this took 2 weeks and even now 2 years later I still have to go back to the NV+ because some files (photos images) were copied but ended up being 0 bytes where the actual file is still on the NV+.
This held me back from updating anything when I found that the RN104 siply is too slow to handle all the data I have. Then I bumped into this document http://kb.netgear.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/22895/~/how-do-i-migrate-a-volume-on-my-readynas-os-6-desktop-storage-system?
And only because of this document I migrated to the RN314. All the data is there and available without problems but the apps have issues.
After a long chat session with support I put the NAS in Debug mode and they said theuy were going to delete the ARM apps for me including the configuration, allowing me to manually install any APPS.
But after 8 hours of waiting and no access I get just an email where the repeat what was in the first 3 sentences of the chat session, apparantly not doing any effort at all trying to do what was agreed.
Now I'm obviously forced to find my own way to delete these files, and I'm hoping to find some direction where to delete thiese configuration files. They must be somewhere and the must be on the Raid volume otherwise they wouldn't heve moved to the RN314.

I see the agent handling your case has reinstalled the OS on your system and it appears to be working fine now and he has asked you to confirm.
