Apparent webserver issue
Hi,
Over the last 2 days I have noticed that readycloud is not recognising my storage device on the web interface (nor is the webapp ver 6.2) I have noticed that I only have the right hand LED on the NIC flashing, I can get to the web admin page from within the LAN (IP Address as well) but not access it from the internet. I have managed to back up my data through explorer onto a seperate h/d and u/g the firmware to 6.7.0 manually to see if that would fix the issue (it didn't). RAIDar is picking up the device and giving me a clean bill of health with no errors.
Is there a fix for this or will I need to buy another NAS device and transfer the drives?

Access the cloud tab from local web admin page, activate ReadyCLOUD.
