are my disks 4k aligned?
Hi I'm trying to upgrade my ReadyNAS duo to 2TB disks (from 1TB). I read that the sector alignement is important but I'm not too sure... so I enclose the partition.log I believe that they are...
Your disks are not 4k sector aligned.
I would recommend you:
1. Update to RAIDiator 4.1.7 or later (if you haven't already)
2. Do a System > Config Backup
3. Backup all data
4. Verify backup is good
5. Power down and remove both 1TB disks (label order)
6. Insert new disks and do a factory default: http://www.readynas.com/kb/faq/boot/how_do_i_use_the_boot_menu
7. Restore Config Backup
8. Restore data from backup
