are my disks 4k aligned?
Hi I'm trying to upgrade my ReadyNAS duo to 2TB disks (from 1TB). I read that the sector alignement is important but I'm not too sure... so I enclose the partition.log I believe that they are...

There is no other way to get 4k sector alignment.
If you have 2 new 2TB disks you could put one in a USB enclosure and backup to that.
I would recommend enabling fast USB writes under System > Performance and formatting the USB disk under Volumes > USB Storage to use the EXT3 filesystem.
Then after doing your backup safely unmount the USB disk and disconnect it.
Then after doing a factory default with just one of the 2TB disks installed, restore your data from backup.
Remove the 2TB disk from the USB enclosure and hot-add it (add while NAS is on) to the NAS. It will be wiped and added to the array.
