Auto Power On after Power Loss?

Which model do you use?
For x86 platform, it set in BIOS,
example: on RN312,
Enter into BIOS when system boot, then open Advanced/IT8758 SIO Configuration/Power Failure,
you can select "Always On", "Memory/Last State" and "Always off"
For arm platform, need to change uboot ENV.
This feature is set via Serial Port.
