That's OK. That's just a lawsuit waiting to happen, and here in Denmark there is significantly better consumer protection than in the US... and it is generally much easier, as the burden of proof is on the vendor, that it was not with malicious intent, and that they spent resources comparable to their size on rectifying the problem. If they have been notified, and they have, it is a slam dunk. I know - I work in the legal profession.
