Available Apps Missing

Firmware 6.10.4 hotfix 1 - RAID 1

Having a couple of issues with Apps.:

• Available Apps page is empty
  • I tried emptying cache, using different browser that I've never used to access the admin page
  • 
• Apps Section on Home Page not showing recently manually uploaded/installed app.
  • I manually uploaded Plex. It shows on the Apps > Installed Apps page, but not on the Home > Apps page/section

I saw this post, but can't tell if my files are correct or not and what I'd have to change.

Any pointers? Note it is in the process of a re-sync, which it states has 26 hours to go. So not sure if this would impact these 2 issues?
