What would be best is to purchase two NAS units. This way you could have both an on-site and off-site backup. I would put both NAS units at the office initially for the full backup and then take the off-site backup NAS home. I recommend getting a couple of Pro Series devices and using ReadyNAS Replicate (http://www.readynas.com/replicate).
If you want to stick to one NAS, what are you running on the machine that stores your business stuff (Windows/Mac OS X/Linux)?
Regardless of which option you choose for your needs the Pro 2 (RNDP2000) would be fine.
