Backup from FTP Server copy only folders
Dear Community,
I have a ReadyNAS 104.
I want to make a backup from my FTP Server. First I had problems, that my domains wasn't accepted (although the connection test was ok) and I was forced to take the IP-Address. Ok, I can live with it.
What me but annoys is, that the files not are copied. Only the folders will be on my NAS created /copied. ReadyNAS show the all time, that the job is being executed, nevertheless the backup will be not bigger.
Do You have any solution for my issue?
Thank You in advance!

- KamcioApprenticeHi Stephen,
thank You for Your reply!
Connection path (when I good understand You) is the IP-Adress from my server without sub-folder etc (only IP).
Firewall. Hmm, good question. My Readynas is behind a fritz!box 7320. I have found, that by them model firewall active is. But can this really a reason for that problem be?
best regards,
kamil - StephenBGuru - Experienced UserIf your FTP server is also behind the Fritz!box 7320, then the firewall should not be a problem.
If the FTP server is somewhere else, then it could be. - KamcioApprenticeMy FTP Server is outside of my home, by my provider.
What should/can I do? :-( - StephenBGuru - Experienced UserJust to be clear...
Do you want to back up some shares on the NAS to the FTP server? Or are you trying to copy files from the FTP server to the NAS?
Also, can you connect to the FTP server using FileZilla? - KamcioApprenticeHi,

Yes, I can connect with FileZilla and I can copy FTP --> Computer and Computer --> FTP
