Backup from Ultra 4 Plus to Windows 10 PC - Path Syntax

So I ran out of room on my USB connected hard drive for backups and unable to upgrade that USB at this time.  However, I have a 4 TB drive on my Window 10 machine formated and ready to go that I like to use temporary.  Does anyone know what path syntax I would enter to reach that 'E' drive?  For example, in the past I use to have backup jobs from my Vista machine that would copy my favorites, documents and other folders over to the NAS.  I would just enter the IP of my Vista box, login credentials and the following path for Favorites folder:  C$/Users/yourname/Favorites. Please see the screen shots below as an example if that helps.

However, I sort of need to do the opposite now.  I need to copy a share folder from my NAS to my Windows 10 PC's E: drive.  Unfortunately, attempting to test step 1 results in it failing and I'm not sure why,  I tried disabling my FW and that didnt' help either.  Anyone know what I'm missing and can point me in the right direction.  It's much appreciated.

Thanks!

You are confusing me a bit, since your step-1 and step-2 screenshots aren't aligned with your goal (they are backing up from the PC to the NAS).

If you want to copy from the NAS to the PC E drive, the first step is to create a folder on the E drive and share it.  Set the share permissions so the NAS has full access to the folder.
