Backup Job on Ultra

200 pin. 667 (PC2-5300) and 800 (PC2-6400) mhz both work. I don't know the speed of the stock RAM (never owned an Ultra) - you could open up your unit can google on the part that you currently have installed.
"DDR2 SODIMM RAM" doesn't appear to be a sufficient spec for a 2GB memory module, but that's the only spec I have managed to find. This is in the hdw manual for the unit.
200 pin? Unbuffered? 800 or 667MHz? Anything else?
