The R7000 shares the drive using CIFS/SMB. So you need to choose the "windows" protocol option for the destination in the RN102 backup job. The default Router sharename is USB_Storage. So setting the host as 192.168.1.1 and the path as USB_Storage\NAS Backup ought to work.
