Backup not working

just bought a readynas and tried to set up backup jobs.
'test connection' works fine. actually running the backuptask leads to the errorlog below. I tried everything: with or without username/password, slashes in all directions but without result...
plse help, different people reported the same problem since early january. what's the use of a NAS if automatic backup does not work?
