Backup not working

I can't seem to make it work no matter what path syntax I use. I've tried the computer name (\\FLEX_LAPTOP\SharedDocs) as well as the IP address (\\192.168.2.108\SharedDocs) with both forward and backward slashes. I also tried the ReadyNAS itself (\\Nas-01-a2-3b\backup) (\\192.168.2.100\backup) and even that failed when I pressed the test connection button.
