Backup not working

Do you have a file of some sort named "dad" or "Dad" (or any other combination of capitalization) in the root of the destination share? It seems to be complaining about something blocking the creation of a file or folder.
You may want to try pointing the backup job to a new empty share on the destination machine to see if it still causes problems.
