Backup PC folder; Folder Backup Error

Hi,

ReadyNAS 202; Firmware 6.9.1

I would like to "download" from the ReadyNAS to a directory on a second drive on a networked drive.  The only option appears to be C:\Users\USER.  My c:\ is a small SSD for my OS; I need to designate a d:\ directory to "download" or "backup" the large amount of files on the NAS (to a computer on my network).

Thanks.

Just to clarify - is this with ReadyCloud?

Yep -- ReadyCLOUD.  I also receive: "An error occurred during synchronization" message (in Win 10).  "Access is denied to upload file to server: *x*, reason: Forbidden."

      Thanks.
