Backup Target Size vs. Source

Hi, the system drive c: on my ReadyNas Pro holds 3.6 TB.  I tried to do a USB backup to a drive with 4.0 TB capacity.  The backup failed due to the target drive not having enough space.  How much ove...

    No, but you can create backup jobs for different shares, which would let you do a subset of the files.

     

    If you have a pc connected with ethernet, you could also use something like FreeFileSync to selectively back up files over the network (connecting the drive to the PC).
