Bad Drive Replaced, Not Resyncing

I will have my tech pull the drive out again and use the WD Lifeguard to test it tomorrow morning (he's already gone for the day).
No we have not rebooted the ReadyNAS yet.

I agree a reboot is good idea.
Often removing and then reinserting the drive works as well.
I believe the NAS uses the SMART self-test, so make sure that one is run (its also the shortest).

Ran diagnostics using Western Digital Lifeguard - Bad Sectors detected.
Replacement Drive is DOA.
Will contact Support and get another replacement RMA. Hopefully the next one will work.
