Best way to move 7tb of files internal to the NAS?
So I just set up Amazon Cloud Drive on my ReadyNas Ultra 6 running 6.5.1 (final release) and it works fine. I just want to move over all my files from "OldShare" into the newly created AmazonCloudDri...

When you move files between shares it will need to copy the file then delete the original.
Perhaps try
# cp -a --reflink=auto /data/source-share/file /data/destination-share/
# rm /data/source-share/file
This is done automatically when doing a mv from ReadyNAS OS 6.6.0 onwards. ReadyNASOS 6.6.0-T95 (Alpha 1) is available.

I'm confused... as I read the docs --reflink=auto is just a standard copy... isn't that going to double the storage requirements prior to the rm step?
I've only got 2Tb free and 7Tb to move...
Sorry if I'm missing something.

It speeds up the copy but you still need a little space, but not much (see StephenB's post below). Really though you should keep plenty of free space available on the volume so typically this shouldn't be a problem.

If the reflink works, there shouldn't be an space increase (at least not much - metadata will increase some).
--reflink=always might be better than auto, it will return an error if the reflink isn't possible.
