Cannot access RN2120
Afternoon all, I've spent the last two days tearing my hair out over this. An old 2120 that we hadnt used for a while... (so, data not important) Power on, plugged into the same network it had ...
Nope - tried that already :(
Do you recall which firmware it had on it before you tried USB Boot Recovery? Was it older than 6.4.0?
I really dont know to be honest.
Its *possible* it was pre-6.4
Also - disks out + tech support boot = nada
Do you have a support case open?
If so, what's the case number?Sounds like an RMA may be the way forward here assuming the suggestion I gave in my PM doesn't work.
