Cannot Access Some Folders in Share
RNAS 3312 Running 6.7.5
USB Attached drive share. I can not access a couple of folders in the share.
I can browse to \\rnas-device-name\usb_HDD_1\directory\ in Windows but when accessing a couple of the folders I get the following:
Windows cannot access \\rnas-device-name\usb_HDD_1\directory\...
You do not have permission to access \\rnas-device-name\usb_HDD_1\directory\... Contact your network administrator for access.
The USB contains a backup of users home directories but I am only getting the error on a couple.
Maybe eject it and attach it to a Windows PC. Then right click on the folder and reset the permissions and ownership.

Did you try resetting the file permissions (on the file access tab of the share settings)?
Ejecting and reconnecting fixed the issue. All folders in the share can now be accessed.
