Cannot Access to Delete Stuff
We have a ReadyNAS NV+ with 5.4Tb RAID 5 which we filled whilst backing up our systems earlier today, we need to go in and delete stuff so that we can find out what went wrong but we can see the directories on the RAID, but we cannot access any of them, it just times out, is there any way to delete a share and the data within that share so that we can recover the rest of the data?

- Are you trying to access the directories via frontview (web interface) or the PC (windows explorer)?
- Managed to get this done a net gear admin contacted me via PM and we sorted the problem out, I had to put the readynas into tech support mode and let him access it via the internet. Don't know what frontview is? i use RAIDar here to access the RAID via the web interface and OSX finder to access the shares over the network...
