Well that's at least reassuring. What actually makes it happen?? (just so I don't do it again?)
Is it related to u installing that app or just something more random?
How long do support take to fix this? My box has been in tech support mode and I have removed firewall for its IP so they have full unhindered access. 4 hours on and still no sign or communication that they are going to take a peek.
