The NAS seems to be okay on RAIDar, have you tried accessing the NAS under file explorer using the IP Address?
Also what firmware is the NAS running? RAIDar is saying you have a Duo V1 which has a different procedure when it comes to accessing the Boot menu
You can determine what Duo you have with this link.
Just to set your expectation, if you have used the procedure for V2 on a V1 there might be a chance that you have triggered a Factory reset and in if this happened chances of data to be intact or recoverable will be slim to none.
