Can't access admin page #24420623
Hi,
I upgraded to 6.2.1. Everything has been fine, but yesterday I ran a full backup (which completed successfully for the first time, it had failed the 3 previous times) and also uninstalled the ReadyNAS Photos II (maybe not the best idea to do both at the same time). During the uninstall I lost access to the admin page. The backup has run successfully and I have since shut the ReadyNAS 314 down, left it off for a few minutes and rebooted it. It comes up fine and I can access all the shares from my PC. RAIDar can see the 314 but when I click on Setup the browse page says the page can't be displayed.
I have not enabled SSH yet so can't access the 314 through that method.
I noticed this topic in the forums and might be experiencing a similar issue, but I don't have SSH installed so not sure that I can apply the fix.

Any advice would be appreciated. I've only had the 314 for a few weeks and don't really want to re-install the OS. Also I don't have a backup of the config, was about to do this step.
Thanks.

- NhellieVirtuosoDo you have a back up? Better back up your data now that you have access to it. Try performing an OS reinstall, this should fix any corruption on the OS.

- NhellieVirtuosoWell, since there is no access to the UI it will be hard to configure. You can put the device to tech support mode and call support, they can login to your unit remotely and check what is wrong with your OS.
Reinstalling your OS does not really do much aside from setting your admin password back to default, and setting you NAS' IP to DHCP.
