Can't access administrator log in page for RN21200

Hi,

I'm trying to get into my administror page to make some changes.  When I log in to any of the following addresses I've been told to use

192.168.1.16, or

192.168.1.1 or

192.168.0.1

iI get the following message:

"You are not connected to your Router’s WiFi network. To access routerlogin.net, your device must be connected to your Router’s WiFi network. Check your current connection and try again."

I've checked all the connections and I know I'm connected to my router's WiFi network because I can access stored files. Any suggestions?

Thanks.

    Who told you that?

If you are trying to access the ReadyNAS RN212's web ui, then install RAIDar from https://kb.netgear.com/20684/ReadyNAS-Downloads#raidar  It will locate the correct IP address.  Then enter https://readynas-ip-address/admin in your browser's address bar (using whatever the correct IP address is).

It won't be 192.168.1.1 or 192.168.0.1 though, they would normally be used by your router.

Which router do you have? Have you tried rebooting your router?

I got the fist IP address I listed from RAIDar. Your comment really helped, though, because it made me realize that was a router address that’s out of date (from a router I replaced about a month ago). That led me to try manually entering the new router address that RAIDar wasn’t locating for some reason. On my Mac that required getting into advanced network settings and configure IPv4 using DHCP with manual address. When I opened RAIDar again it located the new router and showed the correct IP and allowed me to get into my admin page. Your hint got me there. I feel stupid be cause I had totally forgotten it was all about the router. Thanks!!
