FIrst check to see if SMB is enabled for the shares (its not enough to enable it on system->settings).
Then for one share, try going to the "file access" tab on the share settings, and click on "reset".
Let us know if that helps (and if not, there are other steps we can try).

Stephen I have checked and SMB is setup in both locations. I cant find the "file access" tab to do the reset. Where do I find it?

Go to the share page, hover over the share and the settings wheel appears on the right. Click on that, and there will be a file access tab on the pop-up. Reset is on the left as shown below.
