Can't Access Support
Hi, I want to access support via email. First I go here: https://my.netgear.com/registration/login.aspx. Next, I try to log in, but the system says my email address was not found and "please confir...

I've done this several times. Also, my email address is being entered automatically by my software, so if there were something wrong with what's being entered, it would also show up on other sites.
As for my issue, when I press "Setup" in ReadyNAS RAIDar, a tab on my browser opens, but the page never loads; the browser just spins and waits.
