Can't add Camera after 6.6.0 update

Have a 314 and after the 6.6.0 update now can't get a new IP Camera to work with the readynas surveillance app.

I can search and add the Camera ok but can't when try and set the Camera to connect it does for about a second and then disconnects. I have tried rebooting and no change.

We have already 3 cameras so removed one to see that would get the new Camera to work no change.

I can view the Camera direct via it's internal webpage fine.

 

Tied the Camera on an older NAS 102 running 6.5.0 and worked fine.

    Don't remove the settings and recorded video after update to new version.

      Hi Evan2,

       

      it is a Hikvision DS-2CD2122FWD-IWS and works with the RN102 fine, we have other Hikvision's and works fine.

        Could do please tell me surveillance app's verion are you using?

        Could do please update to the latest APP? The latest APP version is v. 1.4.3-15.
