I had the same problem following moving from PC / Linux to Mac.
Mine is ReadyNAS Duo, running radiator 4.1.10 but I assume fix should be the same:
Log in to nas as admin
If running wizard mode, switch to advanced
Navigate to Shares / Share listing
This should show a list of shares. My NAS has "backup share" with CIFS, AFP and HTTP/S enabled. There is an icon below each one.
If you click on any of the icons, it takes you through to "Share access restrictions".
Under the "Advanced options tab" there is a check box: Grant rename and delete privileges to non-owner of files.
I checked this which solved the problem. Hope same applies to Duo2.
