Can't print using ReadyNAS duo

I am having the same problem in that I can't print to a printer attached to the ReadyNAS Duo wirelessly upon logging into the computer. The only thing that I've found to work is to log into the Duo as one of the users at \\ReadyNAS_address_or_name\ and then print. I'd like to figure out how to access the printer without logging into the Duo first. Any ideas from the experts? Thanks in advance.
