Can't print using ReadyNAS duo

I have the same problem with my Samsung ML-2010 attached to my ReadyNAS Duo. Surely, this has been seen before and there must be a solution or, at the very least, a workaround! I just cannot print.
Edit: The funny thing is that I don't see the job in the print queue but I do hear the printer come alive, make some noise and power back down. This is the first time only, any subsequent jobs sent don't result in the same behavior. Nothing gets printed.
