had the same issue's....added printer ...next day ...no connection
what i did is gave the ip4 option in Interface of my nas a static ip within range of the dhcp server....went to the network printer through my network browser....added the shared printer...next day....still printing.
my oppinion is that it could be that when your nas server receives a new ip address ...you lose your shared printer.
hope it solves some problems
