Can't see anymore my Readynas on Lan....

Is is possible that the upgraded PC thinks it is on a public network? Try going into network and sharing center in the control panel and check that (resetting the network to "home" if needed).
Some other thoughts:
Have you tried "net use" from the command line?
I'd also check the credentials manager for the machine that fails, and make sure the right username/password is entered for the NAS credentials.
