Yeah that is weird. It might be an OS bug then, since you should be able to see your NAS on the network tab. As stated earlier, all I can think of, why its not showing properly, is if the NAS and the Windows 7 computer are on different workgroups. Doublecheck this and verify, or even change the workgroup to the same at both your NAS and computer.
