Changed from BT homehub to Netgear D6200 no longer access NAS devices

So, pretty much as the title says, I changed from BT home hub 3 to Netgear D6200 and now the NAS devices are not accessible.

I have kept the BT modem and just replaced the router. The new netgear router is connected to the internet and everything works fine except for accessing my NAS drives.

I am using a Mac Book Pro, my NAS devices are WD mycloud and a QNAP TS-251.

I am currently in the process of moving the data from the WD mycloud to the QNAP other the network via ethernet gigbit. I upgraded the router as there is a lot of data to move and hoped this would make things smoother.

I understand resetting the NAS devices will reconfigure the IP settings, this is not a problem for the Qnap as this is empty but the WD mycloud has all the data I need.

Can anyone help please?

    Hello jaykurb,

    Welcome to the community!

Are you using ReadyNAS? What's the model number of the NAS?

I am asking to determine if you are in the right board.

    Regards,

This a readynas forum, so WD MyCloud and QNAP are off-topic.

One possibility is that you had set up static IP addresses, and the new router uses a different address range.  If you recall the IP addresses the old router was using, you can try setting the new one to use the same range.
