Hi Campus,

I just tried this on our end but I did not encounter that same issue with 6.9.2. Can you reproduce the issue and then download the NAS system logs afterwards? Please upload it to a file sharing site and then PM me the download link.

Hi,

This is always reproducible. PM with link is sent.

In addition, setting the admin password later via web UI fails although I'd entered all required information in the available fields.

Try upgrading to 6.9.3

  If you still have issues with this after updating to 6.9.3 go to System > Settings > Support, enable Secure Diagnostic Mode and PM the 5-digit number that you then get and I'll take a look.
