CONNECTION BUFFERING ISSUES

  1. Change my LAN cable.
  2. Change network switch.
  3. Check NAS log in web login there also any problem not found.  
  1. What firmware are you running?
  2. Is this when streaming media (dlna or plex)?  Or when copying files (SMB)?
  3. Have you tried rebooting?
  4. Have you tried running the disk test from the volume settings wheel?

I suggest downloading the log zip file form the logs page.
